(September 29, 1951 - July 8, 2015)

Joseph Richard Pasa, age 63, of Rural Norwalk, passed away early Wednesday, June 8, 2015 at Taylor House Hospice. Joe was born in Centerville, Iowa to Joseph A. and Pauline (Smith) Pasa. Joe and family had lived in St. Marys, Iowa before moving to the Norwalk Community in 1992. Joe worked as a security officer for NPI up until the time of his illness. He loved classic rock music and had played drums for several bands in the area. Joe was preceded in death by his parents; and son Luca Jon Pasa . Surviving is his wife, Linda; son, Cody (Nicole); daughter, Callie Pasa (Nick Rahm); daughter-in-law, Lindsay Light; grandchildren, Cameron, Hayden, Evelyn and Mason; sister, Cheryl Pasa (Larry Villines); brothers, Dan (Robyn), John (Kathy), and Tim (Barb). Friends and family are invited to Joe's visitation this Sunday, July 12, 2015 from 3:00- 6:00 p.m. at Peterson Funeral Home, 602 E. Salem Ave. in Indianola. Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 13, 2015 also at Peterson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Webb Cemetery. Memorials are appreciated and should be made to the Joe Pasa Family.
