James W. Kloster
(April 16, 1955 - June 29, 2015)

James Wilbur Kloster, age 60, a son of Bob and Mary Kloster was born April 16, 1955 and passed away June 29, 2015 at the home of his mother in Carlisle after seven and one-half years of fighting cancer. Jim graduated from Des Moines Technical High School in 1973, AIB in 1980 in Business Administration and obtained his Accounting degree in 1993. Jim started his own business (professional Services) after working for Airborne Express, F.W. Mac. Co. and All-State Metro Delivery. He enjoyed playing guitar and having jam sessions, golfing and skiing. His most important time was spent with his young son Owen. Jim was preceded in death by his father, Bob; and twin brother Timothy. Surviving is his son, Owen; mother, Mary Kloster of Carlisle; sister, Diana Zilge; his girlfriend, Heidi; step brothers, Rick, Jim and Kurt Williams and step-sister, Tami Leonardi along with many relatives and friends. Memorial Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Pleasant Hill Free Church, 4555 Parkridge Ave., Pleasant Hill, Iowa. Contributions can be made in Jim's memory to set up a trust fund for Owen. The family gives a special thanks to Unity Point Hospice, Blue Team for the loving care he received.
