(July 16, 1966 - February 9, 2017)

Jackie E. Curry passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at her home outside Carlisle. A Memorial funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, February 13, 2017 at Peterson Funeral Home in Carlisle. Jackie’s family has requested casual attire. Burial of ashes will follow immediately in Lowman Cemetery in Runnells. A visitation will begin at 10:00 AM prior to services. Jackie was born on July 16, 1966 in Des Moines, Iowa to Robert and Mildred (Allsup) Sinclair. Jackie graduated from Carlisle High School in 1984 and worked for TMG Financial in Des Moines. Jackie married Roger Curry on April 18, 1992. Together they raised 3 boys; Brian, Adam and Levi. Jackie enjoyed being home and spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and dogs.
Jackie is survived by her husband Roger of Carlisle; sons, Brian Curry, Adam Curry and Levi Curry; brothers, Art, Archie, Benny, Chuck, Gary, Mike, Tom, Morris and Rodney; sisters, Charlene, Melody, Wanda, Eileen and Shirley; grandchildren, Anthony, Alden, Salem, Ariana, Chase, Elizabeth, Keegan and Maleah. Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Mildred; brothers, Joe, Butch, Robert, Bernard and Jim; sisters, Mary Katherine, Thelma, Gertrude, Delores and Roberta.
