Obituary.
Marthy Jane Lambert was born at Scowhagan,Maine, August 1st, 1830, and died Nov. 9th, 1907, age 77 years 3 months, 8 days; she was married to Llewelleyan Worthly about 1856. To this union was born 5 children, 2 boys and 3 girls: Albert, Ida, Herbert, Lla, and Ella. She leaves to mourn her loss, one son, Herbert Worthly, a number other relatives, and a host of friends, her companion, four children, one brother and one sister having proceeded her to the better land.
Funeral services were hold at the M. E. church Nov. 12th. conducted by C. S. Fair, assisted by Revs. Gordon and Tennant, after which all that was mortal of this good woman was laid to rest in the I. O.O. F. cemetery north of town.
