John K. Wick Dead
After a siege of illness lasting for about two months, John K. Wick passed away Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock. He was born in Greene county, Ohio, July 28, 1820, and lived to the ripe old age of 86 years, 11 months and 22 days. For some time past he has been making his home with his daughter, Mrs. M. E. Morrison. Short services were held at the house, Wednesday afternoon after which the remains were shipped to Sterling, Illinois, where interment will take place. His son, Lisbon Wick, of New Virginia, accompanied the remains.
