Jane McNeer
(Nov 9, 1832 - July 12, 1896)

Died—at her home in Milo, lowa, Sunday, July 12, 1896, Mrs. Samuel McNeer, aged 63 years 8 months. Jane Hinebaugh vas born in Somerset Co., Pa., Nov. 9, 1832, and was married to Samuel McNeer, Feb. 8, 1851. Her Husband and two daughters, Mrs. James H. Davis and Mrs. Chas. Ringgenberg, survive her. Too much could not be said in eulogy of this truly good woman. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and a neighbor by whom it was a pleasure to live and associate with. The deepest sympathy is felt and expressed for the bereaved husband who knew, loved and appreciated her more than any other. For forty five years they had climbed life's rugged pathway together, assisting one another and now that they had nearly reached the end, she is taken, he is left to continue the journey alone. The funeral and interment occurred at Goode's Chapel, Tuesday at 10 o'clock
