James William Judkins, 75, of Arlington, Va., died of cancer Sunday, Sept. 26, 1993, at Hospice of Northern Virginia. Services were held Oct. 1 at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Arlington, of which he was a member, with burial at Arlington National Cemetery.

Mr. Judkins was born in Indianola and had been a resident of the Washington, D.C., area since 1961. He retired from the Navy in 1956 after 20 years. He was a security investigator for 30 years and retired again in 1986. He was also a Shriner.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret; two sons, William of College Park, Va., James of Fairfax, Va.; a daughter, Mary Danfort of Arlington, Va.; a brother, Herbert of Lake Havasu, Ariz.; two sisters, Dorothy Wood of Indianola and Helen Brommel of St. Charles; and six grandchildren.
