Services for Hazel Lois Ferguson of Indianola will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Overton Funeral Home, with burial in Liberty Center Cemetery. Mrs. Ferguson, 80, died of cancer Sunday at Indianola Good Samaritan Center.

A lifelong Warren County resident, she lived in Liberty Center 12 years and moved to the care center about 1.5 years ago. She was a homemaker and a member of Liberty Center Methodist Church.

Surviving are a son, Kenneth, and a daughter, Kay Berry, both of Indianola; two brothers, Joe Judkins of Liberty Center and Bert Judkins of Orlan, Calif; three sisters, Lina Hunter of Des Moines, Gladys Hastings of Lacona and Winnie Hastings of Liberty Center; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 1 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
