Edward Hurst, 83, of Indianola died of pneumonia Saturday at Westview of Indianola Care Center. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Mosher Funeral Home in Milo, with burial at Belmont Cemetery.

Mr. Hurst was born in Warren County and lived in Milo many years before moving to the care center. He was a former janitor and Younkers employee.

He is survived by his wife, Maxine; and a brother, Loren of Indianola.
