Obituary from The Des Moines Register newspaper, Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa, USA, date unknown:

James Raymond Hunter, 64, of Indianola died of an abdominal aneurysm Wednesday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center in Des Moines. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Overton Funeral Home, with burial at Belmont Cemetery near Milo.

Mr. Hunter was born in Milo and had lived in Indianola and Warren County most of his life, and had also recently lived in Des Moines. He was a retired tire builder at Armstrong Tire and Rubber Co. and a member of the American Legion and United Rubber Workers.

Survivors include a son, Terry of Indianola; two daughters, Tina Woosley of Pleasant Hill and Denise Hunter of Omaha; four brothers, Pat of Indianola, Donald of Des Moines, and Jerry and David, both of Milo; three sisters, Mona Van Dorn of Polk City, Donna Greer of Omaha and Joyce Hunter of West Des Moines; and three grandchildren.

Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m.
