James Anthony "Ho-Ho" Hunt, 62, of 1264 Cummins Road died of a heart attack Monday at home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Southtown Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the service.

Born in Waverly, Mr. Hunt left Rockwell City for Des Moines 20 years ago. He was a typesetter for Narcisse Printing and Publishing and was a member of Greater Des Moines ABC Association.

He is survived by three children; three brothers, William of Waterloo, Duane of Mitchell, Neb., and Thomas of Charles City; and three sisters, Maxine Kuchenbecker of Hope, Maine, Geraldine McAlpine of Tennessee and Jo Porter of Des Moines.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
