Obituary from an unknown newspaper, date unknown, photographed from an Obituary Book at the City Library in Indianola, Warren County, Iowa, USA:

Funeral services for Frank Howe, 73, of Milo will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Milo Christian Union Church. Interment will be in the Belmont Cemetery.

Mr. Howe died at his home Sunday after a long illness. Prior to his retirement he had operated a maintainer for the Warren County highway department. He served with a Navy Construction Battalion during World War II.

Survivors include hid wife, Fern; three sons, Homer of Indianola, James of Des Moines and Charles of Kansas City, MO.; one daughter, Mrs. Ada Stones of Oskaloosa; two brothers, Fred of Macon, Ga., and Lewis of Milo; one sister, Mrs. Ollie Wells of Long Beach, Calif.; and seven grandchildren.
