Obituary from The Des Moines Register newspaper, Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa, USA on 4-12-2011:

Robert E. Hines, 82, passed away peacefully Saturday, April 9, 2011 at Good Samaritan Center in Indianola. A graveside service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Bob is survived by his loving wife, Frances; his children: Christine (Gary) McVey, Skip (Carl) Hines, and Bobby (Joyce) Hines; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his son, Terry Joe.

The family would like to thank everyone at Good Samaritan in Indianola for all the love and care they have shown to Bob the last four years.
