Obituary from The Record-Herald and Indianola Tribune newspaper, Indianola, Warren County, Iowa, USA, date unknown:

Ada May Sayre, 94, of Indianola Good Samaritan Center died of heart failure Monday, June 21, 1993, at the center. The body was cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Sayre was born in New Virginia and had lived in Warren County most of her life. She retired after working for Simpson College for 15 years, Hardee's in Indianola for five years and at Wendy's in California before moving back to Indianola in 1975. She was a member of New Virginia United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bayard, in 1960.
Survivors include a son, Lon Sayre of Walnut Creek, Calif.; and a daughter, Virginia Doolittle of Almeta, Calif.; and six grandchildren.
Overton Funeral Home handled arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to her church.
