Obituary from an unknown newspaper, date unknown, photographed from an Obituary Book at the City Library in Indianola, Warren County, Iowa, USA:

Matilda Frank was born in Juniata county, Pa., March 15, 1849. Was married to Jacob G. Keller, June 6, 1862. Moved to Warren county, Iowa, in 1876. Died January 5, 1903, aged 68 years, 9 months, and 20 days.

To this union were born fourteen children, five boys and nine girls. Nine children and the husband survive her, J. F. Keller, Mrs. Jane Goode, Mrs Nora Graham, Mrs. Mattie Reese, Mrs. Maggie Spear, and Miss Edith all of this place, and Mr. G.L. Keller, of St. James, Minn., Mrs. Emma Gibson, of Wick, Iowa, and Mrs. Ora Smith, of Derby, Iowa, and all were with her at the last.

Mrs. Keller was converted and joined the Lutheran church in 1854 and remained a faithful member until the absence of that denomination from her neighbor. She united with the church of Christ in Christian Union at Goode's Chapel about eight years ago and has lived a consistent Chritian, bearing her sickness and suffering without a murmur and expressing her hopes of heaven and willingness to depart and be at rest. Her family has lost a faithful wife, and a devoted and unselfish mother. She has been declining in health for a year or more; ten days ago she contracted a cold which developed in pneumonia, which terminated in her death.

The funeral services were conducted by Rev. W. B. Pond at Goode's Chapel and the body laid to rest to await the Resurrection Morning.

Good bye, Mother, for a short time. There will be a reunion where we shall never say Good bye. May heaven's blessings rest upon the bereaved ones.
