Keith Duane Bloom, 79, of Indianola died of complications of a stroke Friday, Oct. 12, 2001, at Village Health Care Center.
Services were held Oct. 16 at First United Methodist Church in Indianola, of which he was a member. Burial will be at I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
Mr. Bloom was born in Motor and had lived in Warren County most of his life. He was a retired farmer, a Coast Guard veteran of World War II and a member of American Legion.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis; two sons, Ron of Indianola and Tim of Kentfield, Calif.; a daughter, Jan Thatcher of Owensboro, Ky.; four grandchildren; a step-grandchild; and two step-great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to his church.
