CHARLES LEANDER PERRY
Charles Leander Perry, retired, who lives at 106 West First avenue, Indianola, was born on a farm near Ackworth Oct. 13, 1873, son of John N. and Margaret (Swan) Perry. He attended public school at Ackworth and Simpson college at Indianola. Jan. 1, 1896, he married Anna Malin Hall, daughter of Edward and Martha Hall. Mrs. Perry was born at Indianola May 7, 1875. She died April 3, 1950, at Wichita, Kan., where they lived for many years, but was buried at Indianola. Mr. Perry is a member of the First Presbyterian church. In his political convictions he is a Democrat.
