FRANCIS BENGIMAN MICHENER
Francis Bengiman Michener, retired farmer, Milo, was born Aug. 21, 1872, at New Sharon. In 1876 he and his parents, John and Tamar L. Michener, moved to Motor. John died July 7, 1889, and Tamar Nov. 21, 1908.
Oct. 9, 1895, Mr. Michener married Florence May Gibbons, daughter of Lindley H. and Mary E. Gibbons, who was born at Motor May 7, 1874. Mr. and Mrs. Gibbons moved to Motor in 1874. He died May 19, 1894, and his wife, July 29, 1924. Three children were born to Mr. and Mrs. Michener: John L., Aug. 14, 1896; Eva L. (Davidson), Sept. 21, 1899; Rhena May (Cambron), Sept. 14, 1902. The Micheners are Republicans; they belong to the Friends church.
