OLIVER KELLER
Oliver Keller, son of Lee and Celesta Louer Keller, was born in Squaw Township March 27, 1905, the third child born to his parents. Two older children died in infancy and a younger brother resides near Chicago, Illinois. Oliver Keller attended a country school and graduated from New Virginia High School in 1923. He then taught school for three years.
On Nov. 7, 1928, Mr. Keller married Martha Felton, daughter of Pearl and Bertha (Currey) Felton. Two children were born to them: Paul, July 30, 1933, and Mary, Feb. 8, 1937. Mr. and Mrs. Keller reside in New Virginia, and take an active part in the social and religious functions of the community. Mr. Keller served as superintendent of the Methodist Sunday school for two years and is now lay leader of that church. He is also a Mason and an Eastern Star.—(A.E.S.)
