CLARENCE WEAVER BOLTZ
C. W. Boltz, contractor, who lives at Indianola, was born at North English, Iowa, Jan. 20, 1893, the son of William H. and Elizabeth (Geiger) Boltz. He graduated from Kansas university with a major or in civil engineering.
June 11, 1918, Mr. Boltz married Eva Chadwick, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Chadwick. Mrs. Boltz was born at Cantril, Iowa, Sept. 28, 1893. Mr. and Mrs.Boltz have three sons: Chadwick Claire, born July 22, 1923; Arthur Evan, born April 21, 1928; Claire Allen, born Sept. 5, 1933. Much of his adult life Mr. Boltz has been in the cement contracting business and for a number of years was owner of the Western Auto store in Indianola.
Mr. Boltz is a member of Lions club, chamber of commerce and Izaak Walton league. Mr. and Mrs. Boltz belong to the First Methodist church of Indianola. Their political affiliation is with the Republican party. They live at 1009 North Buxton street, Indianola.
