Rock Bluff Cemetery

There's an obituary in an old newspaper that the brother of my great-great-grandfather was buried at what is called "Rock Bluff Cemetery." That man was Peter Price. The problem with this is the fact that there's not any cemetery listed in the Wapello County, Iowa, cemetery records named "Rock Bluff Cemetery." There is a road called Rock Bluff Road from Ottumwa to Chillicothe. The only cemetery anywhere near Rock Bluff Road is Myrick Cemetery near Chillicothe. Does anyone know if there's a cemetery called Rock Bluff Cemetery as stated in the obituary? If so, please state where it is located. Thank you!
