Of George Wilson, I can only tell you the following:

When Agency City was established, one of the goals established by the government and General Street was to show Wapello, Poweshiek and the other tribal leaders how their people could have a secure existence through farming. To that end a "model farm" was created at Agency City. George Wilson was the "head farmer".
