Williams Cemetery is basically at the intersection of U.S. Highway 63 and what is called the Eddyville Road (old Iowa Highway 163 to the locals) near the town of Chillicothe.

The cemetery was almost accidentally destroyed a couple of years ago when the highway was redesigned and widened from a two lane to four lane road. The small cemetery was "discovered" in time, the design of the intersection altered and a fence was put around the cemetery to protect it. There was also a historical marker added to the site.
