Ruth was born May 2, 1885 according to Civil War pension papers of her father William Thomas Hobbs.Her mother was Martha Jane Wheaton Hobbs. It also claim Ruth was a twin and the twin died May 23, 1885. I still need to verify this. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
