Ruth Shelby, abt. 1885 -?

I would like information on Ruth HOBBS SHELBY.
She was the daughter of William Thomas Hobbs. She was married to Jess or Jesse Shelby and lived in Wapello County in Ottumwa in 1929 when her father died. She was a sister to my gr.gr.grandfather Joseph Hobbs.
Any information on her would be helpful. I have information on our family I would happily share.
