On August 12, I received an e-mail from Mary Lanigan, asking me to try and find the obituaries for George and Mary Morrow. I did find one for George, and I see that Pat found the same one. Mary Lanigan told me that it was thought Mary Morrow died in June 1930. This is to let everyone working on the Morrows know that I have gone through the microfilm of the “Ottumwa Courier,” for June 1930 at the Ottumwa Public Library, and I did not see an obituary for Mary Morrow.

I don’t know how important this information is to the family working on this, but the Ottumwa Public Library does loan their microfilm out on inter-library loan. We know that Mary was still living when her husband, George, died on March 30. The family could go into their own public library and do an inter-library loan request for the rest of the 1930 films.
