The 21 October 1986 Freddie Smith committed suicide. There was an article in the Ottumwa Courier as well as an obit. Freddie was my cousin and if anyone has access to that paper during that time period would you please contact me. I have been trying to find this article but no luck and I can not get to the Ottumwa Library since I live out of state. Thank you in advance.
