The Archibald Russell that shows up in Wapello County has the following:

Was born in Pennsylvania about 1812. Was married to Mary born about 1816 in Ohio. In the Iowa census of 1856 they have the following children...all born in Iowa - Harriett, Rhoda, Mary E., Lu???? (male), Hamilton, and Franklin.

This does not appear to be your Archibald Russell
