Checked at the genealogical library this afternoon and found the following listing in Wapello county marriages. William T. Hobbs married Angeline Dunlap (Tucker) on 15 Mar 1891. I'm afraid it doesn't help much. I checked the major cemetery listings and couldn't find a burial for Angeline. William T. Hobbs is buried in the Ottumwa Cemetery with a date of birth of 21 Aug 1843 and death date of 24 May 1929.

What makes it worse is that there are burials of Tucker, Sloan, and Hobbs in the various cemeteries, but no Angeline. If she stayed in the Ottumwa area she may have remarried, but I checked marriages up through the mid-1930s and did not find her.
