Somers & Mulford, Ottumwa 1920

I would appreciate any information about Meta A Somers, born Iowa Jan, 1897, daughter of Harry A Somers (proprietor of the Ballingall Hotel, Ottumwa) and Maud A. (Haines) Somers. Meta married Everett Austin Mulford (b 1 May, 1886, Evanston, IL, a dry goods salesman) before Jan 1 1920. They had one child, daughter Marione sometime in 1920. Everett died in Des Moines 21 September 1921. In the 1930 census, Maud is a widow living in Chicago with her third daughter Marvell and her granddaughter Marione Mulford. Meta is not listed.
I am interested in a marriage date; verification of the name of the child and a birth date; what happened to Meta (death in childbirth?); details of Everett's death, and most importantly, what happened to the grandaughter Marione?
