Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and dear friend passed away peacefully with family by her side on Friday, September 2, 2011.

Arzell known affectionately as "Zell", married the love of her life and soul-mate, Terry Owens on August 15, 1948, 63 years ago.

They remained lovingly devoted to each other throughout their beautiful marriage.

She is survived by her loving husband; her seven children, Terry (deceased), Terry (deceased) Mary, Jerry, Harry (deceased), Tess, John; her eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and extended family.

Her love for family, Christmas time and holidays, travel, music, strawberry-rhubarb pie, her reassuring and kind gaze and sweet laughter, her love for children, her devotion to her husband and God and so much more, will remain is our hearts forever.

She was deeply loved and will be missed.

Services will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Ottumwa, Iowa on October 15, 2011 at 2 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations in her name to the Michal J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's research.
