Cresco Plain Dealer May 26, 1916 P-10 C-1

Roland Freeburg while inspecting a sand plant at Ottumwa, fell 40 feet into the Des Moines river from a trestle and was drowned.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows his name spelled Freburg and that he was born Dec. 13, 1892 and died May 8, 1916. He is buried in the Agency Cemetery.
