Mrs. Luella J. King, 65, wife of John L. King, Ottumwa route 1, died at her home at 7 p.m. Thursday. She was the daughter of Arthur M. and Margaret Higdon and was born in Ottumwa where she had made her home for nearly her entire life. She is survived by her husband and one brother, Lawrence Higdon on Ottumwa. The body was taken to the Johnson funeral chapel to await completion of funeral arrangements.
Funeral services for Mrs. Luella King, wife of John L. King, Ottumwa route 6, who died at the home Thursday night, will be held at the Johnson funeral chapel at 2 p.m. Monday conducted by A.O. Smith. Burial will be in Ottumwa cemetery. Pallbearers will be Carl M. Higdon, LeRoy Higdon, Hugh Nelson, Wallace Nelson, Henry Nelson and Neis Nelson.
