Word was received by Mrs. Lloyd Hollingsworth, 705 Ray street, of the death of her father, Henry Houk, Tuesday morning in De Ridder, Louisiana. He was a former resident of Ottumwa 26 years ago. He is survived, besides his daughter here, by his wife, Mrs. Fanny Houk, one son, Earl Houk of Oskaloosa, four daughters, Mrs. Albert McFarland of Albia, Mrs. Virgie Toby and Mrs. Leon Moses of Louisiana and Miss Goldie Houk. The body will be brought to Ottumwa for burial and the arrangements will be announced later. Funeral services for Henry Houk, former Ottumwan who died Tuesday in De Ridder, Louisiana, will be held at the Johnson funeral chapel here at 3 p.m. Saturday in charge of the Rev. C.R. Reed pastor of the Willard Street Methodist church. Burial will be made in Ormanville cemetery. The body will arrive here over the Milwaukee railroad at midnight tonight.
