Mrs. Zora Hudgens, 64, wife of Evan Hudgens, died at her home 512 North Frank street, at 9:25 a.m. today. She was the daughter of Henry and Sarah Buchman and was born in Switzerland county, Indiana, February 2, 1880. She came to Ottumwa in 1902. Besides her husband she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Mildred Murphy, Ottumwa; a son, Euel Hudgens, in the Navy, stationed at Jacksonville, Florida, a sister, Mrs. Clara Smith, Bloomfield route 4, a brother, Curtis Buchanan, Davenport, and five grandchildren. The body is at the Johnson funeral chapel awaiting completion of arrangements.
