David E. Gwin, 81, died Monday morning at the home of his daughter, Miss Helen Gwin, in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was a retired landowner and farmer of this community, but since his wife’s death June 4, 1939 he made his home with his daughter in Bowling Green and still maintained ownership of his farm southwest of Cedar. Besides his daughter he is survived by one sister, Clara Gwin, of Oskaloosa, Kansas. The body will arrive Wednesday morning and be taken to the Community funeral parlors, and at 1 o’clock will be removed to the Methodist church at Cedar, where funeral services will be held at 2:30 in charge of the Rev. J.E. Matheny and the Rev. L. Hawes.
