Word has been received by Miss Gertrude Myers of 122 North Cass street of the death of her niece Miss Laura Davis, Thursday evening in Davenport. She was a former resident of Ottumwa. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Marie Rhoades and Miss Edna Davis of Davenport, and two brothers, Dewey Davis of New York, City and David Davis of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Funeral arrangements have not been completed.
