Lawrence (Toby) Anderson, 55, died at 10 a.m. of pneumonia at the Wapello county hospital, where he had been since December 3, 1942. He was employed by the Burlington railroad until ill health forced him to retire. He was the son of Augustus and Hilma Dalin Anderson. A brother Ernest, died in 1937 and a sister, Mrs. Signa Ferry of Dubuque in 1943. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Carroll Reece funeral home in charge of the Rev. Malvin Lundeen and burial will be in Ottumwa cemetery.
Funeral services for Lawrence (Toby) Anderson, who died last Monday at the county hospital, will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Carroll Reece funeral home, conducted by the Rev. Malvin Lundeen, Burial will be in Ottumwa cemetery. These services had originally been scheduled for last Tuesday.
