Charlotte Ann Pettit, 2-month-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Pettit of Fairfield route 3, died at the family home at 12:45 a.m. today. She is survived by her parents, a brother, Charles William Pettit, grandparents, Mrs. and Mrs. W.B. Pettit and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Moore all of Ottumwa and great grandmothers. Mrs. Bertha Best, Ottumwa and Mrs. W.E. Downing, Douds. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Johnson’s funeral chapel conducted by the Rev. L.E. Welshons of the First Church of the Open Bible. Burial will be in Ottumwa cemetery.
