Mrs. Thelma M. Lynch, 36, wife of Floyd Lynch, died at 5:20 p.m. Monday at her home 201 North Moore street. She was the daughter of Francis and Elnora Thompson, and was born March 4, 1907, at Dean. Besides her husband she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Pettit, Ottumwa and Shirley Ann Lynch, at home; two sons, Floyd Jr. and James Vincent, both at home; her parents, now living in Ottumwa; a granddaughter, Marilyn Pettit, Ottumwa; two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Pettit and Mrs. Alice Skinner, both of Ottumwa and two brothers, Floyd Thompson, Ottumwa and James Thompson, Ft. Madison. The body was removed to the Johnson funeral chapel pending completion of arrangements. Funeral services for Mrs. Thelma M. Lynch, wife of Floyd Lynch who died Monday at her home 201 North Moore street, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the First Church of the Open Bible, conducted by the Rev. L.H. Welshons. Burial will be at the Shaul cemetery. The body will remain at the Johnson funeral chapel until the time of service.
