Mrs. Ethel Randall, 64, of 835 South Ward street, died at 3:12 p.m. Wednesday at the Ottumwa hospital. She was born February 8, 1879, at Ottumwa the daughter of Volney and Martha Wininger, and had lived here practically all her life. She was a member of the Pentecostal church. She is survived by her husband, Bert Randall and by two daughters and one son, Albert Randall of Spokane, Washington, Mrs. Raymond (too faint to copy), and Mrs. George Swope, both of Ottumwa. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and one brother, Charles Wininger of Ottumwa. Two sons preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday from the Johnson funeral home, in charge of the Rev. A.D. McClure. Burial will be in the Ottumwa cemetery.
