Mrs. Mary Ellen Adams, 50, who lived at 1115 Haynes street, died Sunday at 6:30 p.m. at the Ottumwa hospital. Mrs. Adams was born in Ollie June 18, 1893 and was married to George Adams February 10, 1914. She is survived by her husband, three daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Lucille Pollock of Los Angeles and Velma Adams and Effie Adams both of Ottumwa; two sons George Otto Adams in the service at Camp Claiborne, Louisiana, and Ira Francis Adams of Ottumwa; and three sisters, Mrs. John Estes of Ollie, Mrs. Morris Payne and Mrs. William Lannings of Ottumwa. The body is at the Carroll Reece funeral home until completion of funeral arrangements.
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Ellen Adams, 50, of 1115 Hayne street, who died Sunday will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Carroll Reece funeral home in charge of the Rev. L. E. Welshons. Burial will be in Ollie.
