Death Comes To Mrs. Ira M. Glover
Mrs. Anna G. Glover, 68, wife of Ira M. Glover, died at her home, 817 East Williams street, at 4:15 a.m. today. She was a lifelong resident of Wapello county, and had lived in Ottumwa the past 12 years. She was the daughter of Lewis and Malinda Miller and was born February 16, 1875, near Blakesburg. She was a member of the Wesley Methodist church and of the Royal Neighbors, No. 1014. She was married to Ira Glover December 25, 1895. Besides her husband she is survived by two sons, Franklin A. Glover, San Antonio, Texas, and Lester R. Glover, Ottumwa; a daughter, Mrs. C.E. Prose, Jr. San Antonio, Texas; her mother, Mrs. Malinda Miller, Blacksburg; two granddaughters, Mrs. William Cramblit Jr. Galveston, Texas, and Judith Dean Prose, San Antonio, and three sisters, Mrs. Leslie Barry, St. Paul, Minnesota, Mrs. Ed Bell, Mystic and Mrs. M.B. Abernathy, Ottumwa.
Funeral services for Mrs. Anna G. Glover, wife of Ira M. Glover, who died at her home, 817 East Williams street, at 4:15 a.m. Saturday, will be held at the Johnson funeral chapel Tuesday at 2 p.m. in charge of the Rev. R. Clifton Keagy of the Wesley Methodist church. Burial will be in the Memorial Lawn cemetery. Pallbearers will be Asa Berry, Joe Schoech, Frank Black, Oral Howard, Richard Van Gorp and Walter Huber.
