Funeral services for Mrs. Irene Swain Wright of Des Moines, who was fatally injured in an automobile accident near Concordia, Kansas, last Saturday will be held at the Johnson funeral chapel here at 3:30 p.m. Thursday in charge of the Rev. A.D. McClure. Burial will be in Ottumwa cemetery. The casket will be brought to the funeral home from Des Moines at 1:30 p.m. Thursday. Mrs. Wright, who was 33 years old, was born February 27, 1911, at Blakesburg, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Swain, now residents of Des Moines, who survive her. Also surviving are her husband, a son, Max Brooke, and a daughter, Reva Brooke, by a former marriage of Albia, and three sisters, Mrs. Ruth Fowler, Victoria, Texas, Mrs. Doris Grooms, Ottumwa and Mrs. Marjorie Elston, Des Moines.
