Harvey Kelley, 69, died at 10 p.m. Friday at his home, 127 North Cass street. He was born January 3, 1874, in Trenton, Iowa, and came to Ottumwa in 1918, following his trade as a painter here since that time. Survivors are his wife, Mary; a daughter Mrs. Margaret O’Grady, Ottumwa; a son, William Kelley with the Army at Drew field, Tampa, Florida; a brother, Washington Kelley, Rome, Iowa and a sister, Mrs. Sarah Jane Daugherty, Mt. Pleasant. The body is at the Vaughan funeral chapel. Arrangements for services have not been completed.
Funeral services for Harvey Kelley, who died Friday night at his home at 127 Cass street, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Vaughan funeral chapel. The Rev. J.R. Estes pastor of the First Baptist church will be in charge of the services and burial will be in Ottumwa cemetery.
