Word has been received of the death at Fulton, Illinois, Sunday morning of Mrs. J.F. Carroll, 75 former resident of Ottumwa. After the death of her husband in 1914. Mrs. Carroll went to make her home with her daughters Mrs. Verna Ward and Mrs. Mayme Jacobson, both of who survive. She is also survived by three granddaughters and five great grandchildren. One daughter, Mrs. Hazel Holmbeck, precede her in death. The body will arrive at the Lester Jay funeral home Tuesday afternoon where it will remain until 11 a.m. Wednesday when burial will be made in Ottumwa cemetery, the Rev. Herbert A. Keck officiating.
