Franklin LeRoy Salter, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Salter of 211 South Moore street, died at the Selix maternity home at 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Besides his parents he is survived by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. H.R. Salter, Washington D.C. and Mrs. Alta Taylor, Ottumwa. Funeral services were held this afternoon at the Johns funeral chapel conducted by Major George F. Boone of the Salvation Army. Burial was in Ottumwa cemetery.
