Mrs. Anna M. Johnson, 77, wife of the late Isaac Cook Johnson, died at 3 p.m. Sunday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Nellie Osborne of 718 Grove street. She was born March 5, 1865, at Unionville, Missouri and had lived in Ottumwa for the past 51 years. She is survived by another daughter, Mrs. Mattie Thompson of Battle Creek, Michigan, one son, Nelson Foster of Pasadena, California, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday from the Second Baptist church in charge of the Rev. William Shaw. Burial will be made in Shaul cemetery. The body will remain at the Carroll Reece funeral home until time for the service.
