Ottumwan For 56 Years Dies
Harry M. Clark 68, of 514 Lillian street, died at his home at 7:35 p.m. Sunday. The son of Byron and Elizabeth Clark, he was born at Batavia February 23, 1874. He had been a resident of Ottumwa for 56 years and was a former pipe fitter for the Milwaukee railroad. He retired three years ago. He was a charter member of the Willard Street Methodist church. Survivors include his wife, Leona; two sons Harold K. Clark, Ottumwa, and D. Edwin Clark, Washington DC.; two grandsons, Robert Clark, Ottumwa, and Donald Clark, Ottumwa and Donald Clark, Washington D.C. and a brother, Loren Clark, Batavia. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Johnson funeral chapel, conducted by the Rev. C.R. Reed. Burial will be in Shaul cemetery.
