Charles Edward Hall, 73, years old and a former resident of Ottumwa and Wapello county, died this morning at Kearney, Nebraska. He was the son of Nels and Emma Hall and is survived by his wife, Mrs. Delia Hall, one daughter Mrs. Miriam Hanson of Kearney and a brother Guy Hall of Des Moines and a sister, Mrs. Ella Smith of Riverside, California. He is also survived by three grandchildren. The body will arrive in Ottumwa Sunday afternoon and will be taken to the Johnson funeral home to await the completion of funeral arrangements. Funeral services for Charles Edward Hall, former Ottumwan who died Saturday morning at Kearny, Nebraska, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday from the Johnson funeral chapel. The services will be in charge of the Rev. Harold Roberts, pastor of the First Christian church, and burial will be in Chisman cemetery. The casket will arrive in Ottumwa early Tuesday and be taken to the Johnson funeral home. The pallbearers will be Martin Miller, Ray Fisk, Arden Rose, Henry Oswald, Ross Vance and Marvin Smith.
